Ordering and Payment

For secure on-line ordering, you can choose to pay via one of the following options:

o Visa
o MasterCard
o Direct credit
o Cheque

An order confirmation is sent to you via email

Delivery

Goods are shipped within 48 hours of payment being cleared and available in our bank account. Credit card and direct credit are next bank working day. Cheques may take 7 to 14 days.

Returns

In the unlikely event of your product being faulty a return address will be supplied to you.

When you visit World of Music or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
